What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal means that you may unilaterally withdraw from a contract concluded online, as provided by law. If you return the product, you are entitled to request a refund of the amount you paid. The right of withdrawal compensates for the fact that you were not able to inspect or try the product before purchasing it and had to rely solely on the information provided by the seller.
